Refund policy

Customers can return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover the return postage where required.

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Customers should contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and checked.
